The Pavilion, located directly behind the restaurant, offers the perfect outdoor setting for your dream reception, while keeping your guests protected during any inclement weather. It boasts of beautiful fir timber construction; attached pergola with a retractable roof, fully-equipped bar and servery area, and modern restroom facilities. This venue will accommodate up to 100 guests and is available from May 1st to Thanksgiving weekend.

If you are hosting a smaller wedding between 60-75 guests (including head table), the restaurant could be considered as the venue and is available year-round. This option is subject to our restaurant buy-out policy.

Mabel Hill is proud to offer custom-designed menus and service options to best suit your taste, budget and event size. Menu ideas and options will be discussed taking into account menu theme, current ingredient pricing, seasonal garden products available, any particular likes or dislikes and type of service selected. Service types available include buffet, family-style, plated and tasting. Family-style and plated meals are only available for groups of up to 100 guests.

Our facilities offer fully functioning bars with a great bar menu. Whether you are looking for standard highballs, beer, seltzer and wine, we have you covered. Take your bar menu to the next level with optional custom cocktails or mock-tails, craft beer and premium spirits.
